Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Resin Flooring & Drainage Systems

Area to be covered: Northern Home Counties, Oxfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northampton

Remuneration: £40,000 – £45,000neg (depending on experience) + £14,000 – £16,000 bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Resin Flooring & Drainage Systems will involve:

* Field sales position selling a manufactured range of high quality resin flooring products alongside their in house installation service

* Completing projects within a range of end user sectors including food, chemical processing, public sector, retail, commercial and warehousing

* Selling to architects, engineers, facilities management companies, contractors, project teams and end users

* Dealing with order values ranging from £2k-£1m

* Once up and running will be targeted to achieve around £1m turnover per annum

* Predominantly a new business relationship

* Working closely with internal sales and installation team

The ideal applicant will be Area Sales Manager – Resin Flooring & Drainage Systems with:

* Must have construction sales experience selling civils or resin flooring related products

* Ideally from a resin flooring products, polyurethane resin flooring, hygienic flooring, safety flooring background

* Ideally contacts within contractors and a wide range of end users

* Capable of working autonomously

* Driven, ambitious, self motivated and a genuine passion for sales

* Capable of working in a fast paced environment
