Area to be covered: South East, East Anglia & Midlands (Ideally based London OR Northern Homes Counties)
Remuneration: £40,000 – £44,000neg (depending on exp) + £3,000 – £5,000 bonus

The role of the Commercial Technical Sales Manager – Above Ground Drainage Products will involve:
* Technical field sales position, selling a high end manufactured range of above ground drainage products to the commercial marker sector
* 60% of your time selling to large tier 1 contractors, M&E contractors, main contractors, groundwork contractors and D&B Contractors
* 25% of your time will be spent pulling this through the merchants channels via national and independent plumbers merchants such as: Wolseley, BSS, Smith Brothers Stores and Travis Perkins
* 15% of your time will be spent generating specifications via M&E consultants, consulting engineers, civil engineers, public heath engineers and architects
* Will be given a current specification project bank
* Will be targeted on KPI’s not revenue
* Working on projects from £2k to £1m, with an average of £30k-£400k depending on project sizes
* Will be required to conduct CPD seminars
The ideal applicant will be a Commercial Technical Sales Manager – Above Ground Drainage Products with:
* Must have a proven technical field sales track record selling to tier 1 contractors, M&E contractors, main contractors, groundwork contractors and D&B Contractors
* Must have experience selling a technical related product such as above ground drainage, plumbing & heating and sanitaryware
* Must be technically minded, understanding of civil engineering and building industry routines
* Must be able to read engineering drawing and to communicate technical information
* Ability to manage territory like its your own business
* Contacts within contractors
* Organised, ability to follow projects through to completion
* Hungry, dynamic and driven
