Job Profile for Architectural Technician / Technologist – DW(phone number removed)

Our client, a well established architectural practice based close to Milton Keynes, are seeking a talented Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their expanding team. They specialise in the design of residential projects across the South of England and are currently seeking to add an Architectural Technician / Technologist with residential experience & a good understanding of Revit to their team.

The Architectural Technician will be working closely with Architects and Designers, which will form a link between the concept design and completed construction. The Architectural Technician / Technologist will be working under the direction of a partner or other senior members within the practice. The Architectural Technician / Technologist should have prior experience using Revit and a comprehensive understanding/experience within the residential sector. They should also have the ability to prove excellent freehand drawings.

The successful Architectural Technician / Technologist should ideally have experience with AutoCAD and Revit. You will be working on projects ranging from £500,000 to £10million, although the majority of these will range from £2million to £5million. The successful applicant should ideally have a 2:1 or above in a relevant architectural technology degree.

Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Requirements

Architectural Technology degree (or similar)
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
Experience/knowledge in the residential sector
Good freehand drawing skills
Full UK Driving License

Competitive salary (£30,000 to £40,000)
