Ideal opportunity for a job running Architect or Technologist to join an established company

Due to an increasing workload my client is looking to recruit a creative, motivated, career minded and enthusiastic Qualified job running architect to join a highly motivated, friendly team

The successful candidate will have strong design skills, excellent technical knowledge and job running experience, ideally in the industrial and commercial sectors. Who are conversant with AutoCAD, the UK Planning Process, BREEAM and UK Building Regulations. Client facing skills are required as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team (ideally in a leadership role) to deliver projects from inception to completion.

* Registered Architect with a minimum 3 years post qualification experience

* Able to demonstrate delivery of multiple projects of a varied nature at all work stages

* Design flair with an eye for detail.

* Comprehensive knowledge of current planning legislation and building regulations essential.

* Experience of using computer aided design (Revit and BIM an advantage).

Salary £38,000 – £48,000 + bonus and benefits
