Architect – Milton Keynes | £30,000 – £36,000

With some exciting new commissions confirmed, we are looking for a creative, passionate, and fully qualified Architect to come and join a thriving architecture practice based near Milton Keynes.

This company is based within commutable distance from Milton Keynes, Bedford, or Northampton. They provide architectural services to the commercial, residential, education, and retail sectors and have continued to expand their client base over recent years.

The successful Architect can expect to work amongst a diverse team of designers and technicians on a variety of projects across all RIBA stages.

Key skills required from the Architect:

* The ideal Architect will have recently completed their RIBA Part 3 qualification and will be looking to progress their career with great responsibilities and leadership prospects

* Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning process

* Must be AutoCAD & Revit proficient, in depth experience will be beneficial but training can be provided depending on wider experience

* Client facing capabilities will be beneficial along with strong communication skills and project leadership qualities

* Additional creativity with good hand drawing and sketching ability will be appealing
