Salary: £30,000 – £40,000

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be working with a RIBA Chartered practice based in Buckinghamshire. My client specialises in a broad spectrum of Residential, Commercial and Retail work for private and public clients throughout the UK and abroad.

The successful candidate will be motivated and proactive to seek new challenges and hold a strong desire to be a part of a successful, growing team in an exciting environment. The successful candidate will also hold strong AutoCAD skills with previous exposure to the Residential and Commercial sectors.

Required skills for this Architect role:

The ability to communicate effectively to design teams and clients internally and externally.
Excellent communication skills and a fluency in English
Organised and proactive, to solve difficult problems
To meet strict project deadlines, within a budget
Excellent design skills
A good understanding and knowledge of industry standards

Essential skills needed for this Architect:

RIBA 3 qualified or equivalent and/or ARB registered
3-5 year's post qualification experience
Experience working in the Residential, Commercial and Healthcare sector
Proficient with AutoCAD
