Project Architect – Milton Keynes (Accessible by train or car) – up to £45,000 per annum plus package.
A Project Architect is sought to join a thriving practice in Milton Keynes.
Our clients areas of expertise include Employment (Commerce and Industry) and Residential – (Institutional, Sale and Social) with a strong portfolio of Masterplanning, Mixed Use, Education, Healthcare, Sports, Recreation and Community projects
Specification
* Project Architect with good experience and demonstrable design, technical and Client-facing skills.
* UK project experience ideally within the residential sector, both urban and lower density.
* Fully proficient in Revit, 2D Autocad.
* A good working knowledge of the planning system.
* Comfortable with the preparation of presentation material and reports and have the confidence to lead a multi-disciplinary design team.
