After Sales Manager – HVAC

I'm recruiting on behalf of an award winning, nationally recognised Air Movement, Ventilation and Air Conditioning specialist who manufacture an eco-friendly system, targeted to improve air quality in commercial and residential premises.

As Aftersales Manager you will managing maintenance sales, technical support as well as commissioning and warranty. For the most part, you will be consulting with contractors and end users, responding to any issues. This role will see you managing other team members. It will involve crossover with other departments such as the Production and R&D team and the Project Planning manager.

You'll be based out of a state of the art office in High Wycombe, in a relaxed / family like open office environment. You'll have reviews which will be based on training and how they can help achieve your career goals, discussing progression opportunities within the business.

Aftersales Manager Package:

£30,000 to £40,000 Salary

20 days holiday + Bank Holiday (unused sick pay will be added to next year's holiday allowance!)
