The Position
Supporting the sales team with SQs and bid and tender response
Managing opportunities as they come in
Being responsible for updating portals and inhouse systems logging our bid process
You will working within covering aspects of the bid tender process from start to mobilisation
Supporting with creation of presentation material
Support on Reception as and when required
The role will require good IT skills proficient in excel/ word and would be beneficial if familiar with One Serve (Cloud based field management software)
Possess excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to work under their own initiative.
Desirable experience
* A keen eye for detail with a professional outlook and the desire to grow within a business
* High experience in using MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
* Proven ability to work within a team in a highly customer focused environment
* Have great attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
