About The Role
Location: Brackley
EKFB are looking for an Administrator to join the HS2 project. The role provides diligent and methodical administrative support to the Training & OnBoard Together team. You will be responsible for effective front of house service at EKFB. You will be working closely with the On Board Together and Training Team to present a professional first point of contact for all persons joining the EKFB business.
We need you to assist all delegates with their registration upon arrival at the EKFB Centre. Supporting the day to day running of the EKFB centre and wider teams through varied administrative support. Answering and responding to telephone enquiries and managing the Training & Onboarding email inbox. We need you to manage the administration of Training Requests.
You'll be required to provide excellent customer service both face to face and via email/telephone to internal and external stakeholders and delegates. Work efficiently and accurately even during busy periods. Collaborate with other members of the Training & OBT team in a wide variety of tasks providing support to Facilitators and the wider SH&W and A&C communities where required. Respond positively to changing business circumstances and able to manage multiple and conflicting priorities.
About The Candidate
Strong data and information handling skills
Highly organized, able to work within a team and be flexible
Minimum GCSE [or equivalent] Grade C Maths and English
Proficient use of MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communicator
Accuracy of work and attention to detail
Experience of handling personal data and working with learning management systems is desirable.
