Accounts Manager / Bookkeeper – Construction Contractor

Duties to include but not limited to:

* Calculating VAT and VAT returns

* Handling the bank reconciliations

* Preparing purchase and sales ledger

* Coordinating with clients and resolving their queries

* Handling ad hoc duties

About the benefits and reward:

The base package is circa £25,000 – £40,000 and the company’s main ambition is to bring an individual into the organisation with the ability to grow and become a valued member of the team.

Requirements:

The individual concerned will have at least 2 years’ experience working with a construction contractor or within an associated industry. The candidate should have the following qualifications/skills:

* AAT qualification (preferentially)

* Must be EasyBuild proficient

* Hard working and good attention to detail

* Skills to work under pressure

* Good communication skills
