Due to their success and numerous industry accolades they are looking to strength there Digital department in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a 3D/4D visualiser to join our team in London. Duties will cover a variety of modelling, animating and several visualisation activities across the lifecycle of a construction project including; work winning, design, construction, communication and handover.

The role:

To produce 3D/4D models and animations in support of tenders, projects and presentations.

Working with preconstruction bid teams and at times, project teams as appropriate.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for delivery of 3D/4D models, construction / logistics animations and images to agreed standards and deadlines

Required Experience:

An experienced 3D/4D Visualiser / CAD technician with previous Main Contractor Experience. BIM experience desirable.

Expertise in the use of various design software such as 3DS Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, Navisworks, Autodesk vehicle tracking, Unreal/UDK, After Effects, Vray, Premiere.

Relevant qualifications such as 3D design, architecture, graphic design, architectural visualisation or similar.
