Buildout are partnered with a Leading Civil Engineering Contractor who are looking for Office Based Modelling Engineer to become part of their future growth plans,

This Company have a fantastic reputation for quality workmanship and their Engineering Team lies at the heart of their Quality.

We are now looking to offer a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing contractor and play a key role within their Engineering Team. To apply you MUST be capable of completing the following tasks:

* Liaise with the client to acquire information

* 3D modelling of Tender and secured projects

* Run Take-Off reports to establish strip, bulk cut/fill and dressing quantities

* Export of 3D designs and issue for machine control and site engineers

* Drafting of drawings to submit to the client

* Value Engineer the projects by balancing the site earthworks and exploring stabilising/traditional options

* Revise models with design updates from the client and keep the sites up to date

* Quantify variations

* Assist with Test Grid and Earthworks Strategy documents

The Salary is dependant on experience,
