Job Title: People Manager
Reporting to: Head of People and Culture
Contract Term: Permanent / full time
Location: Head office Milton Keynes (flexible & hybrid working arrangements will be considered)
Salary: £36,000 per annum

We are looking for an individual who is ambitious and excited at joining a diverse and dynamic team. This varied role requires a flexible approach with the ability to take personal initiative and prioritise workload whilst being a team player within a collaborative environment.

As our People Manager, you’ll support effective HR management across the charity. Working with the Head of People and Culture you will lead by example and help us create robust HR systems and processes, nurture, invest in and grow our people through the implementation of an effective L&D strategy, be part of our People and EDI working groups and identify ways we can continuously improve our attraction and retention.

You will hold/be interested in studying for a CIPD qualification and have experience across a broad range of HR practices.
