We’re the expert voice and leading source of information and advice for people affected by spinal cord injury (SCI). For over 45 years, we’ve been supporting spinal cord injured people and representing the wider SCI community to government and other decisionmakers. A key part of this vision is embedding and growing our corporate ‘Trusted Partner’ programme across key professional sectors. Working closely with the Partnerships Manager and Support Network team, this role plays a pivotal role delivering our corporate partnership programme whilst building a network of partners to help SCI people rebuild their lives after injury.
Job Title: Partnerships Coordinator
Reporting to: Partnerships Manager
Contract term: Full time
Location: SIA House, Milton Keynes with flexible working options (office-based/home)
Salary: £31,000 per annum
Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week (at least 30 hours per week)
We’re looking for an excellent communicator and organiser who can oversee the design, fulfilment and future growth of our corporate partnerships. You will be able to engage with, inspire and motivate people at all levels, both within SIA and externally, to drive our partnerships forward.
Key priorities include:
* Supporting the continued development of SIA’s partnerships strategy to build long-term relationships that deliver vital support to SCI people
* Working with the Partnerships Manager to meet agreed income and expenditure targets.
* Working with partners to champion SIA increasing engagement with SIA’s fundraising activities, campaigns, and service delivery priorities
Account management:
* Coordinate delivery of SIA’s Trusted Partnerships overseeing day-to-day account management acting as the key point of contact.
* Organise regular partner meetings (virtual and face to face), ensuring SIA’s service teams are connected to partners, creating agendas, compiling notes and action plans to drive relationships forward.
* Support design and implementation of partner training sessions coordinating with staff.
* Work with Business Development colleagues to identify new partnership opportunities.
* Support design and delivery of pitches to potential partners working closely with Partnerships Manager.
* Work with Events Coordinator to secure Partner event sponsorships.
* Lead ‘Charity of the Year’ partnerships, coordinating with the wider team to ensure requirements of the relationship are met.
Relationship management:
* Work closely with service delivery teams to ensure they have up to date information and regular contact with trusted partners.
* Engage partners with SIA’s challenge, community, and special events, sending regular mailings and stewarding their fundraising efforts.
* Develop partner awareness and engagement with SIA’s campaign activities.
* Coordinate marketing and social media plans for partners working with SIA’s Communications and Engagement Team to produce content.
* Support delivery of partner networking events.
