To work as part of the hostel team in providing temporary support to the hostel. To ensure all aspects of the hostel are running smoothly during the shift and work with the hostel team in providing support.

An ongoing temporary post, Mon-Fri 8:00am – up to 16:00 pm.

To work as part of an inspiring housing team in providing support to vulnerable individuals who are living within the hostel. Report any concerns, ensure that all admin/paperwork is updated, answering calls to the hostel.

The ability to promote independence, self-esteem and confidence, spend time with hostel guests either in groups or one to one. Show empathy, have good listening skills, assist with activities in order for residence to gain the skills that they need to be independent.
