Graphic Designer
£30,000 per annum based in Princes Risborough
Full time fixed term contract until September 2022 – 35 hours per week
Our client is a professional membership organisation that sets the standards for the project profession.
They have an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join their CEO office department. Reporting to Head of Brand and Communications, you will be responsible for implementing the new brand across the organisation by creating and updating key business collateral, as well as offering guidance and advice on how the new brand can be managed and developed in the future.
This role provides the rebrand project with extra design and creative resource to implement a company-wide rebrand in order to strengthen the image and identity of our client
You will also be working with a wider rebrand project team, external agencies and offering support and guidance to their internal BAU creative coordinator in the implementation and delivery of a newly created visual and verbal brand identity.
Educated to a degree level is desirable but not essential, but the key to the success in this role is a solid understanding of design for digital, the importance of a strong brand and a good understanding of how to use brand guidelines and translate into new concepts.
Experience
* 3 years’ experience in a similar role
* Prior experience of working for an agency or in-house agency
* Experience of designing multichannel assets suitable for web, email, social media and print
* Diverse and exciting portfolio
* Copywriting skills / excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Managing external suppliers
Skills
* Excellent Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills
* Ability to build effective business relationships
* Strong organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
* Well-developed teamwork skills
* Ability to produce clear written documentation
* Adobe CC suite
* Good PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
