Grants Officer / People Engagement Administrator
Salary £30,582 per Annum
Full time – 37 hours per week

The Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust is a Buckinghamshire based housing association providing homes and services for over 23,000 people. We pride ourselves on working closely with residents and in the surrounding communities, making a significant social and economic contribution to the areas we serve. We are looking for Grants Officer ? people Engagement Administrator to help us achieve our vision and goals.
About the role:
In your role as grants officer you will manage, assess and monitor applications for grant funding as part of the Thriving Communities Fund. You will be responsible for assessing applications and providing information and advice to support the Grants Panel. You should be organised and experienced in being able to identifying opportunities to promote the work of the fund.
As part of the administration element you will provide high quality administrative, secretarial, clerical services and IT support to the Head of People Engagement and the People Engagement leadership team, undertaking specific project tasks as required.
The roles are split equally in this full time position.
Required Skills and Experience:
Knowledge of the values and principles of community services
Experience of managing a grants programme
Analytical skills, able to interpret data
A high level of organisational skills
Project management skills
