Permanent
Aylesbury base with some agile working
Salary: £51,000 per annum

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Gas and Heating Manager to join our team.
On the Job you will:
Ensure that all gas servicing, repairs and boiler replacements are completed within target.
Ensure that the Trust remains compliant in terms of gas, legionella and health & safety legislation.
Manage individual and team performance
Deliver the service within agreed budgets, policies, procedures and timescales.
Monitor performance delivery, benchmark key performance indicators, and engage with residents/customers and their representatives to ensure the service achieves the standards set.
About You
We’re looking for someone who understands how to connect with people and is great at managing a team of operatives and delivering a first class service

You will ideally have skills and attributes that include:
experience of managing the delivery of gas servicing, repairs and installations
experience of managing legionella testing programmes and for managing the remedial works arising
proficient use of IT equipment
experience of leading and managing a team of construction operatives
knowledge and experience of budgetary control
good communication
The minimum qualifications required are:
Gas Safe Regiustered
City and Guilds Part III/NVQ level 3 in mechanical/plumbing installation or other equivalent qualification
Domestic and Commercial gas qualifications
