About the Role
We are currently looking to recruit a fixed term Employee Development Business Partner who is passionate about developing people.
Working under the supervision of the Organisation Development Manager you will be expected to partner teams within the Trust. This will involve undertaking employee development projects, building and delivering blended learning and being responsible for all aspects of the learning cycle whilst maintaining the relevant digital learning systems.
About You
You will have previous learning and development experience gained within a similar role.
With excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail you will be able to apply initiative to problem solving whilst suggesting, developing and implementing new and efficient ways of working.
With experience of training delivery you will have the ability to remain calm and efficient whilst working in a reactionary and fast moving environment.
You will have knowledge and experience in digital learning with a passion to increase business performance through technology.
The minimum qualifications required are CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent.
