About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual with a passion for continuous improvement to join our team.
The role sits in the Continuous Improvement Team within the Governance function.
On the Job you will:
Prepare regular reports (KPI Scorecards) about the Trust’s performance for issue to various audiences in the Trust
Assist in the timely completion of regulatory and statistical returns to external bodies
Research and facilitate the use of sector best practice and benchmarking information
Carry out regular reviews of the key performance indicator definition records
Provide research and analytical support identifying performance trends throughout the business to feed in to improvement initiatives
Support the complaints handling process
Support the facilitation of lean reviews
Collate Clearview performance information for reporting on a regular basis
About You
We’re looking for someone who understands how to connect with people and has a working knowledge of performance information and its effective use in organisations
You will ideally have skills and attributes that include:

accuracy and attention to detail
enjoying a challenging and varied role.
excellent customer service skills
determination and self-motivation
ability to work under pressure (for limited periods)
The minimum qualifications required are a good general education up to A2 level or equivalent.
