Community Project Coordinator – £28,000.00 – £30,000.00 per annum dependent on experience, Full time – Permanent role.

Our client is a charity that provides a wide range of services within the local community. This position reports directly to the Operations Director who will provide direction to the successful candidate. This position will also work closely with and support multiple areas within the charity for project completion including liaising from time to time with the board of trustees.
They are a reliable, forward-thinking, community conscious charity who are keen to invest in people and support them to ensure their long-term career progression.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Coordinate and support the day-to-day running of the charity
* Support the delivery of governance, fundraising efforts, staff, and volunteer management.
* Facilitating partnership working and providing an effective link between key partners
* Ensure excellent customer service delivery.
* Provide administrative support to the charity and board of trustees
* Ensuring consultation and communication is seamless within the set objectives of the charity and the local community including third parties.
* Monitor training delivery and identifying training needs for the wider team
* Develop and maintain networks and contacts with a wide range of external contacts
Experience, skills, and knowledge required for the role.
* Advanced knowledge of Office 365
* Experience of project management
* Advanced presentation skills
* Minute taking, report writing and editing
* Experience of supporting a community, network, or committee
* Experience in supporting the delivery of insights, knowledge, and events
An Enhanced DBS check will be required prior to commencement in post
