Our client in Milton Keynes is recruiting for an Audit, Standards, Health & Safety Officer.
You'll work alongside colleagues to the client are supporting adults with learning disabilities in the best way possible.
carrying out a range of audits in services,
making objective judgements on audit findings,
compiling reports and collaborative action plans from the results.
build relationships with colleagues, people we support, their families and other stakeholders
substantial travel across the South East.
You must have worked at management level with people who have a learning disability or autism.
You'll need knowledge of relevant statutory legislation, for example Safeguarding Adults, the Care Act, Health and Safety and Data Protection.
You'll also need excellent technical skills in Word and Excel.
It's essential that you are a driver with your own transport, which will be insured for business use.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm however some flexibility is required outside these times in order to build constructive relationships with staff working different shift patterns.
Salary is £24,335 + £2,000 car allowance and mileage
This is a 6 month contract with a possibility of being permanent.
