Salary: £23,221 (Pro-Rata)

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant join our team.
On the Job you will:
Provide a high quality administrative function to the Property Services Team.
Update the Trusts data base with information of completed major voids works which have been completed
Assist Planners in the raising of works orders for various programmes when and where necessary
Provide telephone cover if required
Maintain appropriate electronic and paper based administrative systems for the department. Files may be of a personal or sensitive nature.
Use a wide range of IT and soft ware applications including Word and Excel. Process work to high standards and strict deadlines.
Comply with the Trust’s corporate policies including, Health & Safety and Equality and Diversity.
Undertake any other duties of a similar level or responsibility
About You
We’re looking for someone who understands how to connect with people and will posses excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills

You will ideally have skills, experience and attributes that include:
Experience of providing high quality of administrative support for a team or managers
Organised approach to record keeping
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
Proficient in the use of IT applications including Outlook, Word, Excel
Ability to process invoices in a timely manner
