Job Title: Senior Site Operations Manager

My client is looking for an experienced Senior Site Operations Manager that can demonstrate excellent strategy and vision within the Food Manufacturing industry. 

Responsibilities:

· Planning and organising. You will need to plan ahead to achieve short and long term targets (products, people, services, sales and branding).

· Knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control systems

· Knowledge of health and safety and food safety regulations

· Building a rapport with team members and is seen as a team player and able support peers

· Management of operations in QC centres across all functions

· Ensure delivery of 100% on time in full supply of stores orders

· Ability to strategically partner cross functionally within a dynamic organization (Supply Chain, Store Operations, Finance, HR, R&D)

· Analyse and drive all facets of operational performance, including budgets, P&L, KPIs

· Attention to detail

· Drive and the ability to work under pressure

Experience Required:

· 5+ years leadership experience in a fast paced food manufacture and supply chain environment

· Degree or equivalent experience

· Experience in leading production, engineering, warehousing and distribution operations

· Experience of working in a manufacturing and distribution warehouse environment
