Looking for a experienced Kitchen Porter, to work in Taplow.

Duties will include:

Ensuring all areas of the kitchen, food prep, and food storage areas are clean and properly sanitized.

This includes washing dishes and cooking equipment

Cleaning floors

Sanitizing countertops and cutting boards

Maintaining all areas to health code standards.

Preparing meal ingredients for the cook: which includes washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients.

Assisting kitchen staff to unload food supplies from delivery trucks.

Properly washing and drying all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments and cutting boards.

Kitchen Assistant Skills:

Ability to work as part of a team.

Ability to follow instructions.

Good communication skills.

Customer service skills.

High standards of hygiene.

Ability to keep calm under pressure

Kitchen Porter
