Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Hospitality and Catering Manager based in the Outskirts of Milton Keynes for a reputable professional organisation.

Salary: £35,000 per annum
Location: Outskirts of Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: 37.5 hours a week, day shifts only, may involve some weekends.

As the Hospitality and Catering Manager your role will involve the following important duties:

Manage a catering service with a budget of over £1.5 million.
Prepare all the annual budgets.
Take responsibility for all catering sales, reporting these within spreadsheets and ensuring KPI's are met.
Oversee stock control and price points. 
Dealing with customer enquiries, including complaints.
Produce and deliver structured training-related programs to ensure all staff are equipped to deliver the same service. 
Ensure staff inductions are complete and regularly review staff providing constructive feedback to allow for staff progression and ensure required standards are met. 
The experience required…

As a successful Hospitality and Catering Manager you will have the following:

Previous experience as Head of Catering essential. 
Experience managing a catering operation with a budget of £1.5million plus.
Strong numeracy skills with experience managing budgets.
Strong IT skills with experience with Microsoft Office and Excel. 
Excellent attention to detail and negotiation skills.  
Experience managing and training a team. 
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

This role would suit a Head of Catering, Catering Services Manager, Events Catering Manager, Hospitality Manager.
