RECRUITMENTiQ are working in partnership with an air travel firm that is currently seeking Cabin Crew Members.

AS WE EMERGE FROM THE PANDEMIC AND PREPARE TO INCREASE SCHEDULED OPERATIONS, WE ARE SEEKING DIRECT ENTRY SENIOR CABIN CREW MEMBERS TO JOIN ITS GUERNSEY BASED TEAM.

Ensuring the safety of and delivering outstanding service to Blue Islands' customers is only part of what we are looking for from new recruits to our Senior Cabin Crew team. We are also looking for you to be immaculately presented, taking great pride in everything you do, and to thrive on being a frontline member of customer facing staff. We will expect you to lead by example, support and develop our team in the air, driving service and performance excellence at all times whilst being a true ambassador for the Blue Islands brand.

Based at Guernsey Airport, these are full time positions with a varied rostered shift pattern.

Candidate requirements:

A minimum of 12 months' continuous flying experience, within the past 36 months and ideally in a Senior Cabin Crew role

Hold a valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation

High standard of physical fitness and able to pass a Cabin Crew Medical Examination in accordance with EASA requirements
Provide references to pass a 5 year background and criminal record check.

Hold a valid UK or Republic of Ireland issued passport or EU passport with granted UK (or UK Common Travel Area) settled status

Able to relocate to Guernsey to join our next initial training course which is expected to take place in late May / early June 2021

The island of Guernsey offers an excellent quality of life with stunning beaches on your doorstep, culture around every corner, superb cuisine and significantly lower income tax and national insurance rates. Whilst accommodation is not provided, we are happy to provide a relocation assistance package (to be discussed further at interview), help you find suitable accommodation in Guernsey and provide you with the required residency and employment licences.
