Job Title:              Workshop Manager / Engineering Manager
Salary:                  £40,000 to £45,000 per annum
Hours:                   7.30 am – 5.30 pm – Monday to Friday
Location:              High Wycombe
 
A great opportunity has become available for a Workshop Manager / Engineering Manager in the High Wycombe area.
 
My client, a large transport company with a sizable depot in the Bedford area are looking to recruit an Workshop Manager / Engineering Manager on a full-time basis.
 
Applicants must have a proven track record of Supervisory or Managerial experience.
 
Our Workshop Manager / Engineering Manager will have to be able to cope with the day to day pressures that the role brings, be able to deliver and exceed high standards of customer service, manager and motivate a technical team, ensure company standards are adhered to and improvements identified in all aspects of the engineering facility, ensure all engineering KPIs/financial budgets are delivered, programme and oversee preventative maintenance and comply and adhere to standards with regards to Health, Safety and environment and quality engineering systems.
 
Workshop Manager / Engineering Manager Required Qualifications:

City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs
Car Driving licence 
Possession of excellent communication skills and experience of effective team management also required.
