Goldman & Fine Group Ltd is looking to recruit a Workshop Controller for a successful Auto Body Shop based in the High Wycombe area (5025)

This is an exciting challenge for an experienced Workshop Controller with excellent management skills to supervise and prioritise the Technicians within a busy workshop.

Your duties will include supervising a team of Technicians, making sure each vehicle goes through the workshop efficiently. You will be liaising with Service Advisors, who keep the customer fully informed and up to date.

The company is a busy Auto Body shop that will offer you the opportunity to utilise your skills and experience to help drive the department forward.

Experience:
You must be either an experienced Workshop Controller or someone with a technical workshop background who wants to take the next step in their career.

You must have strong managerial skills and be able to prove you can control and motivate a Bodyshop of Technicians efficiently.
