Our client, a busy Independent Prestige Workshop in Milton Keynes has the requirement for an experienced Vehicle Technician (Mechanic) to join their established workshop team. This is a great opportunity to work in a modern clean facility with the latest equipment, on a range of prestige used vehicles. This is a Monday to Friday only position.  

As a Vehicle Technician (Mechanic) you will be fully competent in the servicing and repairing of vehicles- cars to the highest Manufacturer standards. As well as technical competence in the mechanics of a vehicle, you will also have thorough knowledge of the electrical components and be comfortable with using the latest diagnostic equipment to identify and rectify faults. You will have a positive 'can do' attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
You will be qualified to NVQ/IMI Level 2/3 or brand accreditations. The client will also look at time served Technicians if a stable career can be shown with references available. Franchised dealership experience would be useful but not essential. You must also hold a full UK driving licence.In return our client offers a basic salary between £32000 and £40000 depending on depth of experience. This is not a time saved bonus position.
