Vehicle Damage Assessor

Vehicle Damage Assessor required for full time/ permanent position at an accident repair centre based in Milton Keynes

Duties of an Vehicle Damage Assessor:

* Carry out computerised estimates using Audatex

* Communicate with customers to provide repair information and an indication of completion time

* Compile all relevant information and complete supporting documentation

* Record all estimate / repair information on the bodyshop management system

* Monitor progress of the vehicle through the repair process

* Negotiate estimates with the Engineers when required

* Discuss claim related issues with Engineers

* Identify opportunities for non-insurance related repairs

* To assist other team members as and when required

You will be a Vehicle Damage Assessor with a NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Automotive Repair, with a previous experience of working as a Vehicle Damage Assessor within a bodyshop environment. ATA preferred but not essential as further training can be provided
