Salary: £58,000 – £86,000
Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: 37.5 hours working week, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm

As the Sub Regional Customer Success Manager your role will involve the following important duties:

Lead a team of customer success managers to ensure customers achieve their business outcome with the subscription and services contracts the company provide.
Responsible for driving managed service contracts including renewals and upsells.
Own and manage renewal forecast across the region.
Co-manage channel relationships as they pertain to customer success.
Promote customer needs as the key driver for business goals and initiatives. 
The experience required…

As a successful Sub Regional Customer Success Manager you will have the following:

Experience with understanding customer buying behaviours and processes.
Experience in the Industrial Automation industry.
Deep knowledge of sales processes and cycles.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent presentation and leadership skills.
Experience in meeting deadlines and changing priorities 
Able to maintain a positive mindset when working on high-stress commercial issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
