SMART Repair Technician

Multiskilled Technician

We are looking to recruit a talented, efficient, and experienced SMART Repair Technician for one of our most desirable clients.

You will be repairing damaged vehicles in line with the manufacturers’ specifications within a state-of-the-art boofs utilising modern equipment and techniques.

Responsibilities of a SMART Repair Technician

Multiskilled Technician

Prepare vehicles to be sprayed

Strip and fit vehicles

Masking

Small panel work / filler work

Plastic repairs

Mix paint to ensure a perfect match
Spray painting vehicles

Polishing vehicles
Quality check on completion ensuring there are no defects

Requirements for SMART Repair Technician

Multiskilled Technician

• Experience of the Automotive Vehicle Repair industry – essential

• Experience in paint, panel & Refinish in the automotive sector – Essential

• To be qualified to ATA Senior Cosmetic in paint and ATA technician level in light MET to demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of repair methodology through CPD.

• Knowledge of Safety, Quality and Cost Objectives – essential

• Strong Organizational Skills; excellent Communications Skills – essential

• Due to the nature of the job you will need to have a full UK/EU Driving Licence
