Service Sales and Contracts Administrator
Monday to Friday, 08.45 – 17.00
£23,500 – £26,500 + bonus + excellent benefits package

Scania is a leading manufacturer of commercial vehicles, we are currently seeking a Service Sales & Contracts Administrator to join the team. Reporting to the Contracts Administration Manager you will be responsible for all the administration associated with Scania contracts and support to the Captive dealers Services Sales teams.
Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities
Responsibility for Contract Extensions, (production of quotations and customer liaison).
Scrutiny of incoming contracts prior to submission for loading processing
Scrutiny of any cancellation requests and administer
Customer liaison for contract correspondence e.g. excess km charging, amendments
To include production of Services Customer lead data for SSE’s e.g. 2+2 expiries, Used Sales, Parts campaigns, Connected Services
Assist in production of contract quotes for SSEs / BDMs & New / Used Sales using existing systems
Assist in production of Services quotes for the SSE’s/BDM e.g. workshop Services and Parts quotes
Assist BDM in production of monthly reporting
Ensure SSE/BDM compliance with Scania CRM system and develop program of ongoing use
Point of contact for Services Sales CRM
Certain customer specific reporting functions using Fleet Management Systems/Data etc
Receiving of regional penalty charges, notifying customers of applicable charges and resolving queries
Issuing VE103B – Vehicle on Hire Certification to customers, ensuring documents are raised and recharged to customers
Assisting in the ad-hoc taxing and SORNing of vehicles where necessary (may require travel to local Post Office)
Covering other roles in the department and other duties as required.
Candidate Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
The ability to organise work on own initiative and work under pressure
The ability to prioritise workload
Have a good telephone manner, ability to sell Services and resolve Customer issues i.e. contract extensions, excess km charging
The ability to work as part of a team
Excellent Communication and People Skills
Computer literacy to include Microsoft Word and Excel packages
Ability to deal with all levels of customer service and deliver customer service excellence
Knowledge of the Scania product would be an advantage but not essential
