If you are a meticulous Service Preparation Supervisor with a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you as we are recruiting for our new Used Car Outlet in Milton Keynes.

Your New Role

Joining our team as a Service Preparation Supervisor, your primary aim will be to keep the display full of cars that are prepared to a high standard and ready for immediate delivery. You will have a keen eye on speed to sale, customer returns and cost control. You will also be responsible for:

Ensure each car arriving on site has a thorough inspection, mechanical check, cosmetic work if required, valet and high-quality imagery
Complete team 121's and coaching sessions
Ensure that all aspects of health and safety and compliance with quality are adhered toWhat type of person are we looking for?

As our ideal Service Preparation Supervisor, you will need to have excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills. You will take pride in ensuring only the highest levels of work are produced. You will have the ability to challenge technical people on the speed and quality of their work which requires experience in the technical areas of vehicle progressing and preparation. You will also need:

Full UK/EU Driving License.
Previous experience in aftersales and/or vehicle preparation.
Experience leading or managing people.
Previous used car preparation experience beneficialWhat can you expect from us?
