0ur client, a busy franchised car dealership in Milton Keynes have the requirement for an  Service Advisor to join their successful team. Motortrade experience would be preferred but other candidates may be considered. You must have very good customer facing skills + phone, good computer skills and be able to learn quickly, and be able to work under pressure. You must be physcally fit and have a driving licence. Main points of tasks are: 

Meet and Greet Customers
Explain to customers the work due to be carried out on their vehicle
Calling customers with progress updates and advise of any work needed
Liaising with the Workshop, Parts Department, Valeting team and Drivers.
Invoicing work carried out
Invoice explanation and taking payment
Ensuring all Warranty paperwork is correctly completed
Delivering the highest level of customer service at all timesMonday – Friday 8am – 6pm
Saturday Morning on a Rota. rate is up to £13 an hour depending on exeperience. Contract is 4 weeks then ongoing if you would like to carry and you have adapted to the work well. Start ASAP for the right person
