Are you a motivated, experienced automotive Service Advisor looking to work for an established, dynamic motor retailer, and act as a brand ambassador, supporting a fast-paced business by delivering a premium customer experience?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a knowledgeable, customer-focused Service Advisor to join us at Milton Keynes BMW. Working within a close-knit team, the successful candidate will take ownership of looking after our customers while their vehicles are with us for servicing or repairs.

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service

* Has experience as an automotive Service Advisor

* Has a solid understanding of Kerridge

* Has a good mechanical awareness and understanding of cars and parts

* Is organised with a keen eye for detail
