The role:
Multi-channel marketing will be a day-to-day occurrence whilst managing numerous projects at any given time; a key skill you will need to succeed within this role.
The go-to person for many of our priority brands, you will oversee all our product advertising, ATL and BTL marketing and PR processes. Messaging is key, and your ability to sell the story of our brands and ranges is what makes this role exciting and unique.
In this fast-paced role, you will take on far more responsibility and autonomy than you would expect elsewhere with a fantastic opportunity to influence and be part of the growth and future of the business.
Within this position you will have management responsibilities of 1 line report.
Top Level Responsibilities
* Owning the end-to-end marketing plan including:
* Campaign & promotions planning & delivery
* Budget management,
* Reporting
* Project Management
* Planning integrated digital marketing campaigns, owning all channels including
* Organic social
* Website content
* Email marketing
* Digital events
* Stakeholder management
* Keeping all stakeholders informed of all activity is a key part of this role in what is an ever-growing business
* Liaising with design teams on projects
* Taking the lead in forums for ideas / initiatives and future marketing opportunities
* Copywriting
* Creating engaging content that is optimised for web, print and social channels
* Presentations
* Design compelling presentations to outline activity and messaging to internal and external stakeholders
* Ensuring a consistent tone of voice and message with all brand stakeholders
* Reporting directly to the management team on campaign plans and results
* Owning the relationship with PR agencies where applicable
* Attendance & representation at events, such as trade shows, conferences,
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant marketing role
* Experience working with external stakeholders
* Confidence in communicating with a range of people within and outside the business
* Knowledge of digital marketing, including email marketing & social media
Desirable:
* Professional marketing qualification (CIM)
* Marketing degree or equivalent
* A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
* Experience working in the automotive industry (not essential)
