Our client, a busy franchised dealership in Milton Keynes has the requirement for an experienced Retail Sales Manager to join their successful department team.

Responsibilities
 
As a Retail Sales Manager your responsibilities will include:

Inspire and drive the sales team forward
Structuring deals, part exchange valuations and finance quotes
Second facing customers maximising every opportunity
FCA compliance
Installing, and maintain processes
Manufacturer reporting
Stock management
Marketing
Maximising sales conversion and profitability
Actively promoting Finance and Insurance related products
Skilled at second facing customers
Accounts Reviews
Manufacturer & Supplier relationships
Budgeting
Staff Appraisals 
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
 
Essential Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years previous Sales Manager / Business Manager / Retail Manager / Sales Controller
Franchised Dealership Experience
Full UK Driving Licence 
Remuneration & Benefits

Basic Salary up to £30,000 DOE
Uncapped OTE of up to £50,000 DOE

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6pm (with a day off every week)
Saturdays 8:30am – 5:30pm
Sundays as the business require
