Resourcing Business Advisor
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
Working hours: Monday to Friday 0845 to 1700
Main responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Resourcing and People Services, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Resourcing Business Advisor to join our People & Culture Team. You will be an experienced Resourcing Business Advisor who can help to support our recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles in our Milton Keynes Head Office and in our captive regional locations across the UK. You will act as a business advisor to our Managers, taking responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process on the tactical resourcing needs of the business. Working closely with the Resourcing Business Partner, you will also help to provide valuable market insights and trends to support our talent mapping and succession planning activities.

Tasks
Proactively work with our Managers to understand their resourcing requirements, empowering them to recruit and retain the very best internal and external candidates
Develop a commercial understanding of our business, providing market insights to help support the business with their recruitment activities
Ensure that we recruit in a consistent and transparent way attracting a diverse pool of candidates
Elevating our employer brand, hiring processes and talent attraction methods
Support the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical/non-technical roles assisting with internal/external job advertisements, creating short-lists through our applicant tracking system and advising on the most appropriate assessment methods
Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System
Continually challenge and improve the recruitment processes to enhance the candidates experience with us
Supporting your Resourcing Business Partner colleague to deliver strategic resourcing campaigns
Responding to business needs you will provide advice to Managers throughout the resourcing process, providing creative recruitment solutions as and when required
About you
Demonstrable experience in a Resourcing Business Advisor or similar role
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with an ability to build instant rapport
A customer-centric approach
Ability to demonstrate current knowledge of the recruitment industry, latest trends and best practice
Working knowledge of current employment legislation relating to recruitment activities
Experience of recruiting using digital sourcing methods
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently
Excellent organisational skills
Proactive and responsive to changing business needs
