As a result, we’ve grown much quicker than expected and now find ourselves in the fantastic position of needing representation across every corner of the UK to support demand.
We’re looking for a number of Warranty Consultants in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland to join our ranks. These are exciting, fast-paced and rewarding dealer-facing roles that require outstanding people to deliver an equally outstanding end-to-end experience to our clients. You’ll be building your book of business as you grow our approved dealer network and product penetrations, by offering brilliant warranty products that do exactly what they promise. Consultant roles will be on a self-employed commission only basis, but we’re happy to offer an initial three-month retainer to help you get up and running. We may be able to consider employed positions in some cases – salaries would be based on experience and volume of business.
Job Description
Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
Building and strengthening relationships with dealers of all sizes and profiles
Promoting our car, commercial, motorcycle and motorhome warranty products
Prospecting, identifying opportunities, creating sales pipelines and structuring deals
Regular communication / visits with dealers, and handling of day-to-day account queries
Maximising sales penetrations with existing dealers
Training and coaching dealer sales staff
Sales forecasting, building targets / KPI’s and performance monitoringSome administration work i.e invoicing, policy registration support and reportingPersonal Requirements
To be considered, you’ll need:
Experience in selling automotive warranties (or experience in the F&I sector)
Excellent networking and relationship management skills, with ability to communicate at all levels
Indepth understanding of sales strategies, product demonstration and sales reporting
A charismatic, honest and proactive approach with strong initiative
A commitment to excellence and drive for success
