Regional Sales Manager

Location: SOUTH UK

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Commission OTE 80K Plus

Rota: Monday to Friday

My client, a successful Plant Rental Company based nationwide, are looking for an Regional Sales Manager to head up their sales team.

Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Deliver and Exceed the region revenue by each individual area
Develop training plans for Area Sales Managers
Manage a sales team covering the Southern territory of the country
Identify and Maximise Sales of Plant Equipment
Develop relationships with new clients in your territory
Build and Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

The successful Regional Sales Manager will require the following:
A proven sales record in the plant / construction equipment rental industry
A proven sales management background
Motivated and energetic personality
Strong communication skills
A full driving license
