Role Summary
You will assist in the ongoing implementation and improvement in the business management system to ensure compliance is achieved. Assisting our people to satisfy the customer requirements through effective communication, engagement and support.
Key Duties
* Liaise with and assist customer’s to identify complaints following up with customer visits when required.
* Handling and investigation of internal & external complaints, rejects and returns to establish the root causes using appropriate methods.
* Assist the relevant process owners to define and instigate corrective and preventive actions whilst maintaining records.
* Liaise with the branch HSE responsible person, to assist in accident and incident investigation to establish the root causes and implement effect corrective and preventative actions whilst maintaining records.
* Generate and communicate internal care points / alerts to communicate to relevant stakeholders lessons learnt from the investigation processes.
* Record and display KPI information and generate reports and statistics for Management Review and participate in improvement activities as required.
* Ensure that the company standard practices / procedures and instructions are followed throughout all areas of the company.
* Maintenance of the company’s calibration system.
* Assist in the external audit processes and engage with relevant process owners to identify root causes to instigate effective corrective and preventive actions following any non-conformities.
* Assist and advise commercial, logistics, warehouse and production departments with any internal QHSE or technical issues as and when required.
* Conduct or assist with internal and external audits at other company locations, supplier or service providers as part of the company audit plan.
* Perform and assist in implementation and use of risk management tools, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, capability studies and FAIR’s in line with customer or company requirements.
* Improve customer satisfaction including the implementation of new QHSE tools as and when required or as directed by the lead team.
* Any other Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental related duties to ensure the ongoing compliance and certifications
