MSXI UK is growing and as a result we're looking for an experienced Project Consultantwho enjoys managing projects for high profile customers.

The Role
Joining the MSXI Global Group as a Project Consultant, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to help support our client’s plans and implement projects.
In agreeing project scopes, goals and deliverables for the Volkswagen Group, its brands, and Retailer Learning Services, the Project Consultant will manage supplier relationships.
The Project Consultant will work as part of the wider Design team, working closely with Instructional Designers and Producers/Directors to fulfil the client’s brief.
The Project consultant will also:
* report on projects to meet contractual obligations
* ensure that quotes, budgets, POs, and invoices are processed and communicated in line with current procedures
* manage project resource allocation
* monitor performance against service level agreements
* maintain open feedback regarding service, and monitor spend against budget
* manage course scheduling logistics including course pilots and Train the Trainer
* act as an ambassador representing Retailer Learning Services, understanding vision, values, and corporate standards
* ensure working relationships are effective for timely project completion

About you
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Consultant who can guide and support group decisions that align with organisational goals.
Whilst maintaining high levels of organisation and working efficiently to deadlines, our ideal Project Consultant will:
* hold a project management qualification (or equivalent experience)
* be a Prince2® project management practitioner or similar (desirable)
* have experience of managing multiple projects for high profile client
* have demonstrable experience in effectively engaging stakeholders
* have demonstrable experience with MS Office in a professional setting
* have demonstrable experience of financial control associated with projects
* have demonstrable experience in risk management
