In this newly created role, our client is seeking an individual to support the Sales Department with a specific project, handling the orders and quotes, to include some accounting duties and customer support.
NOTE: Car owner/driver essential. This role is based on the outskirts of Marlow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure that customer orders are processed in an accurate and efficient manner
* Producing quotes and customer communications
* Checking quote details
* Liaising with suppliers and customers regarding deliveries and any other routine queries
* Liaising with bank partners in relation to applications
* Ensure full compliance with the FCA and any other legislative requirements for the business
* Provide a high level of customer satisfaction and retention of clients
* Maintain accurate records relating to customer communications and other data on business CRM
* General ad hoc administrative duties
Essential Skills/ Experience:
* Current experience with order handling/project work.
* Minimum of Grade C (or grade 5) GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail in work
* Ability to manage own tasks and prioritise workload
* Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
* Excellent telephone manner
* Competent user of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel
* Customer focused with a flexible outlook
* Enthusiastic with a “can do” attitude
* A willingness to learn and grow within a commercial environment where customer service and client satisfaction is the primary focus
Desirable:
* Knowledge, experience or an interest in electrical, automotive or energy sectors would be useful
