The Client:

We are working with a cutting-edge automotive manufacturer, who is developing exciting new technologies. Their engineering team is responsible for developing and supplying situational awareness and navigation platforms.  Since their founding they have rapidly expanded and recently gained a significant 8 figure investment from OEMs and Tier 1s.

Their product is supported by a proprietary software backed up by hundreds of patents (issued or pending). As this team of high-profile engineers and scientists continues to grow, they are looking invest in the career of a Program Manager.   

The Role:

You will take a lead in managing new product development projects.  You will work in partnership with OEM and Tier 1 Customers and support the business development team in responding to RFIs and RFQs.  Working with leading OEMs and Tier 1s all products will need to comply with automotive-grade electronics standards. This position will be a customer facing technical and program management position working on cutting edge technology.

Responsibilities of a Senior Verification Engineer within the business include:

Developing new situational awareness and augmented reality technologies
Lead point of contact for Programs with clients
Coordinating technical program delivery and problem-solving customer issues
Building relationships with external engineering teams
Leading engineering workshops and presentations
Supporting the business development team in responding to customers queries
Developing technical marketing presentations tailored to each customer
Leading technical discussion with target clients
Qualifications/Experience:

Masters level education in Engineering, Physics or a closely related discipline
Track record of working with multi-disciplinary engineering teams in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment
Experience of interacting with customers
Experience of working in an R&D team developing new products
Experience of working in fast moving, multiple project environment
