Role Responsibilities:

Product Specialist promote with a dynamic spirit and passion for redefining the customer experience. We are looking for people who are bold but with a proactive approach towards life, socially well connected with their finger on the pulse.

The role is based within the dealership and are accountable for providing an exceptional level of service to customers from the first point of contact, through to post-sale care.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

Being responsible for generating sales leads and prospects for new and pre-owned

You will increase brand awareness by organising events to attract new customers and through producing engaging social media content.

Ensuring the display of the vehicles is always presentable and enticing. 

Delivering an exclusive and bespoke customer experience, you will be able to highlight the key features and benefits of products, and tailor the sales experience for the customer.
Customer care does not end once the sale is complete – you will be responsible for

Excellent post-sale care, driving customer loyalty and retention.

Ideal candidate and experience:
Are you able to demonstrate previous experience providing fantastic customer service?
Are passionate about motor sports or the automotive industry?
Understand how to reach out to potential customers using social media and networking?
Are you able to work independently? Remain motivated and organised?
Strive to hit individual and team targets?

Our client is looking for customer service experts rather than someone from the motor industry, therefore previous car sales experience is not essential. Full training and support will be given to enable you to be the best you can be.

Working for our client, you will be flexible to work full time hours between Monday – Sunday depending on your dealerships opening hours.
