MSX UK is growing! As a result, we are now looking for a Producer/Director to support VW in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will have demonstrable skills in planning shoots, filming, directing and editing video content in addition to setting-up and managing live-streaming sessions, either in our in-house Chroma key room or on location. The candidate will also be responsible for supporting the Project and Design Teams with schedule and budget management of all projects that require video and/or live streaming content.
In this role you will:
Liaise with key stakeholders to understand their business and people performance requirements and where video content may support these needs
Design and develop video content that delivers strong performance against a range of measures
Create videeo and live-streaming content by liaising with external suppliers (where required) and stakeholders to oversee their development
Support colleagues with writing detailed storyboards, scripts and preparing for film days
Manage and support the online video archive and all compliance documents, (i.e. call sheets and release forms)
Support the business in the mentoring and training of colleagues with an interest in creating and/or editing video content and those interested in presenting to camera
Manage and follow all defined Media Centre processes and checklists
Build on and editing the extensive library of available factory videos where relevant
As our ideal candidate, you will have:
Competent in the use and maintenance of all required video recording & studio equipment (camera, lighting, sound, Teleprompter, ATEM Mini Pro etc.)
Competency in Microsoft Office
An organised individual who can easily multi-task
Excellent problem solving/decision making skills
Clear proactive approach to planning
Ability to be creative in thought processes and delivery
Highly customer focused
Confident communicaton who is articulate and can create and maintain links with multiple stakeholders at different levels
A completer-finisher who can take tasks and projects on and see them through to successful outcome
A team player yet capable and willing to work on own initiative
Act as an ambassador representing VW Learning Services, understanding vision, values and corporate standards

37.5 hours
VW National Learning Centre, Milton Keynes
