Insight Employment are seeking an Automotive Inspection person for a client of ours based in Milton Keynes.

Job Roll: –

To batch check, inspect and report on engine parts that have been produced to our exacting standards and prove that they match with the associated drawings & samples.

Report all findings through our internal systems and follow these through to a positive result.

Must be: –

* A team player

* Be competent and able to complete the task

Points that would be advantageous to this role would be: –

* Essential – working with excel, word and being able to report failure & findings

* Have the ability to work with someone who can train to analyse and fault find automotive engine parts

* A good understanding of engine components and there workings.

* Being prepared on being taught how to read production or design drawings.

* CAD – If you were able to use this programme would be an advantage

* Measuring equipment – hardness testers, camshaft profiles, micrometres, use of campro plus – training will be given to the right candidate.

* CMM – Advantageous

* CNC processes – advantageous.

Salary: –

Starting @ £18,700 for full time, 40 hours per week

Part time: pro rata
